Personalized or other customized product may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless stated otherwise during time of purchase. Deliveries to Canada take on average 20 days to arrive, depending on the shipping method used. Deliveries to other countries may take longer. To increase shipping security, a delivery receipt may be asked from you by the delivery company. If the product has still not been delivered after 30 days of purchase date, the customer is entitled to a refund of the purchase in full. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by common and other freight carriers. For each individual order, we select a shipping method that will provide both value and speedy delivery. Standard shipping methods include the United States Postal Service, Canada Post and Purolator. Please note that customers outside Canada shall be responsible for the payment of any import taxes, duties, tariffs or similar charges which may be imposed over and above ordinary shipping charges.

Returns
Your satisfaction is our priority. Any item may be returned to The Tickle Trunk for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. The items must be in new condition, un-used, with all original packaging, paperwork and accessories intact. Items that are used, washed or damaged may not be returned. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Upon delivery of your order, please inspect it carefully. If any item is defective, or missing, please notify us immediately. Any defective items will be replaced. We always ship with insurance, so if your order was damaged during shipping, please contact us.
How to Return
Please notify us at info@thetickletrunk.com of your intention to return an item to The Tickle Trunk. Please include your name, reason for refund, order number, order details and whether you prefer a store credit or a refund. Unless we have made a mistake, all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Insurance is always recommended, as is sending the tracking number to info@thetickletrunk.com. Lost items cannot be refunded.
Issuance of Credit
If your order was purchased by credit card, your card will be credited for the full amount applicable within 5 business days of receiving the returned merchandise. If you paid by cheque or money order, you will receive a cheque from The Tickle Trunk for the full applicable amount by mail after receiving the returned merchandise. If you prefer a store credit, it will be issued within 5 business days of receiving the returned merchandise.
Gift Wrapping
We do offer a gift wrapping service. $1.00 per item, and we will replace the packing slip with a card and a message of your choice if you like.
